Refund policy

Cabbrix(We) hope Customers(You) love what you've ordered!But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, We provides a straightforward return & refund policy that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. 

Since the calendar is month-by-month, we do not offer exchanges at this time, if you wish, you may place a new order, we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. 

Normally the total cost of your order consists of item subtotal and shipping sevice fee, we will handle refund request based on order status. A refund can only be sent to the original payment method, If you are no longer has access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

 

Refund an entire order

If you want to cancel the order when the items has not been fullfilled, please contact us. we will refund an entire order amount.(discounts are non-refundable)

 

Refund part of an order

  1. When return-eligible item has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check. we will refund item subtotal paid in your order, the original shipping fee are non-refundable.
  2. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, we may need you to provide the order number and pictures of the damaged/defective item, In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund the cost of item itself to instead of return or sending a new item to you. the original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
  3. When return item for non-quality issues, If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, We may reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.

 

Return an item requirements

  1. Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition and in original packaging ( including all accessories) within 7 days of receipt;
  2. To process your return request faster, your address must be consistent with the original order address. Return your item to: 22380 Van Buren Boulevard, Suite 101, Riverside, California 92518, USA; 
  3. Please contact us before return items in order to ensure we receive returned items and process refunds.

 

Return reason and fees

Received a damaged/defective item: This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective by Cabbrix, We may offer a refund the cost of item subtotal to instead of return(discounts and original shipping fee are non-refundable), In this case you will no cost for return shipping fee.

For non-quality issue but customers(You) remorse: It's customer responsibility, you will need to pay return shipping fee, actual cost depending on the carrier you choose.

We don't charge a return shipping fee when you received a damaged/defective item, but for non-quality related return request within 7 days of receipt, you will need to pay shipping fee to the carrier, depending on the carrier you choose.

 

Note 

Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on how you verify your banking information and secure your account, no additional transaction fee is incurred.
